Vila Lily

The final building that completes our story about the perfect place to live is the “Vila Lily” building. This building will feature 62 residential units, 18 parking spaces, 6 storage rooms, as well as a fitness room, a rooftop terrace with a barbecue, and a winter garden, all of which will be available to residents completely free of charge.

After six successfully completed and sold buildings, Vila Lily represents the crown of our project – a combination of modern design, practical solutions, and top-notch comfort.

The last built building will offer 4 types of apartments, which are: one-bedroom apartments of approx. 48 m², two-bedroom apartments of approx. 61 m², two-bedroom apartments of approx. 75 m², and three-bedroom apartments of approx. 90 m². It consists of a basement, ground floor + 7 floors.

Each apartment is designed with attention to detail and the everyday needs of a modern family. The space is maximally utilized, with an economical room layout that allows for comfortable and efficient living. All apartments feature a laundry room, a separate space that further contributes to the practicality and organization of the living area.
