After several months of construction and careful work by the entire team, the Vila Viola project is soon ready to welcome its residents.
The relevant commission has conducted an inspection of the residential building as part of the procedure for issuing the occupancy permit. The process of its official issuance is currently underway. Once this procedure is completed, the buyers will be able to move into their new homes. We expect this step to be finished soon, making Vila Viola another important part of the growing community.
We would like to note that the Vila Viola building consists of 62 residential units, 18 parking spaces in the basement, and 6 storage rooms, almost all of which have been successfully sold. The building also features additional amenities available to residents completely free of charge, including a fitness room, a rooftop terrace with a grill, and a winter garden.
The construction of the community continues, and we will soon present a new residential building that will further enrich our neighborhood and offer new opportunities for quality living.
