MBI Development d.o.o. was founded in February 2022 in Bosnia and Herzegovina as a direct foreign investment by the Malaysian companies MBI Ventures Sdn Bhd (a consortium of reputable companies in Malaysia) and Bumi Hiway Balkans (Labuan) Ltd., which are part of the SELIA GROUP.
MBI Development d.o.o. is one of the first companies working on integrated urban spaces in Bosnia and Herzegovina, both directly and through its subsidiary Green Stone d.o.o. The company’s mission is to ensure the best living standards, lifestyle, and quality homes through the development of the new impressive urban area “Vrtovi Riverine” in Ilidža, Sarajevo.
This has been confirmed by the award received by MBI Development d.o.o. for “Best Residential Building in Sarajevo for the period 2008/2009,” awarded by Sarajevo Construction.
The residential complex Vrtovi Riverine plans to have a total of seven residential buildings, six of which have already been built, and the seventh building is planned.
A completely different concept guarantees lifelong satisfaction. At the entrance to the complex, there is a ramp, and there is video surveillance on the buildings, allowing children to enjoy and grow up in an environment where they can fit in and which provides safety, freedom, and support. The complex also has a tennis, basketball, and football court. There is plenty of open space between the buildings, connected by a children’s park and playground. The green areas that decorate the complex bring a special sense of peace to the entire environment.
The newly constructed buildings in Vrtovi Riverine are recognizable by additional amenities, with each of the new buildings having a rooftop terrace with a grill on the top floor. Some buildings also have a winter garden, and residents have access to their own fitness room for free use.
