Projects in Vrtovi Riverine date back to 2022. as a direct foreign investment by the Malaysian companies MBI Ventures Sdn Bhd (a consortium of reputable companies in Malaysia) and Bumi Hiway Balkans (Labuan) Ltd., which are part of the SELIA GROUP.
Green Stone Ltd. company as an integral part of SELIA GROUP, is one of the first companies working on integrated urban space in BiH through its direct work. The company’s mission is to ensure the best living standards, lifestyle, and quality homes through the development of the new impressive urban area “Vrtovi Riverine” in Ilidža, Sarajevo.
The above was confirmed by the award for “Best Residential Building in Sarajevo for the period 2008/2009,” awarded by Sarajevo Construction.
The residential complex Vrtovi Riverine plans to have a total of seven residential buildings, six of which have already been built, and the seventh building is planned.
